Definitions
1.1 “BMxpress Delivery Service” refers to the company providing shipping and logistics services.
1.2 “Customer” refers to the person or entity that contracts BMxpress Delivery Service to provide shipping and logistics services.
1.3 “Shipment” refers to any goods or items that are transported by BMxpress Delivery Service.

Scope of Services
2.1 BMxpress Delivery Service provides international shipping and logistics services from China to 150+ destinations.
2.2 Services include but are not limited to, shipping, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery.
2.3 BMxpress Delivery Service will use its best efforts to provide services in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Obligations
3.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to BMxpress Delivery Service is accurate and complete.
3.2 The Customer must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the Shipment, including, but not limited to, export and import regulations.
3.3 The Customer must ensure that the Shipment is properly packaged, labeled, and marked in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Shipping Charges
4.1 Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination of the Shipment.
4.2 The Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties.
4.3 BMxpress Delivery Service reserves the right to adjust shipping charges if there are changes in the weight, size, or destination of the Shipment.
4.4 Chargeable weight will be measured and conveyed once the shipment reaches the warehouse in China, according to the chargeable weight invoice will be sent. Higher actual weight or Volumetric weight will be charged.
4.5 Payment must be made before sailing of the shipment to details provided in the invoice.

Delivery and Transit Times
5.1 Delivery times and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery time will be calculated from the date of ship sailing or flight date.
5.2 BMxpress Delivery Service will use its best efforts to deliver the Shipment in a timely manner, but is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
5.3 BMxpress Delivery Service is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events such as customs inspections, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.

Liability
6.1 BMxpress Delivery Service’ liability for any loss or damage to the Shipment is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the Shipment or the limit of liability set forth in the carrier’s tariff.
6.2 BMxpress Delivery Service is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Claims
7.1 Any claims for loss, damage, or delay to the Shipment must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery.
7.2 The Customer must provide BMxpress Delivery Service with all necessary information to investigate and process the claim.
7.3 BMxpress Delivery Service will not be liable for any claim that is not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the People’s Republic of china.

General
9.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between BMxpress Delivery Service and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof.
9.2 BMxpress Delivery Service may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on its website.
9.3 The Customer may not assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of BMxpress Delivery Service.
